It was actually spinning. Some people think it's an UFO, other say it's a Stargate.
Obviously it's not the Nothern Light. My guess was that it's an experiment by American scientists at the HAARP base. Ten days ago a CERN worker wrote this: The best regards to american scientist who have begun testing Aurora project. But don't overroast a planet, colleague ;) I hope they won't. Now it's almost confirmed that it was the fail launch of new Russian Bulava rocket.
