Giant Chocolate Eggs

Now this is what all chocolate eggs should look like: huge! I remember, as a kid, I was nuts about those Kinder chocolate eggs, with the toy in the middle, but looking at these babies…I was a dumb kid. These beautiful ornate chocolate eggs are made by Tim Fonseca, executive pastry chef, at the Four Seasons Hotel, in Boston.
