Every one needs a good motivation to lose weight. And Michael found the motivation. He wanted to dress up on Halloween as King Leonidas from the movie 300 which he has watched over 50 times. So he began this small 65-day Halloween project "Michael Dines in Hell'10". After 65 days of fitness, diet and even few times in the hospital, he was able to lose 20.1 lbs (9.1 kg) of weight and to gain muscles.
