Meet the 35-year-old bald parrot Oscar who suffers a rare disease that makes his skin to reject the feathers. Despite its appearance and lack of feathers, Oscar is very happy and always chirping cheerfully. Oscar was diagnosed with a skin virus and given 6 months to live -- 12 years ago. Since then, she has developed into a unique personality full of inner beauty!
