When The Tallest Man In The World Meets The Shortest

He Pingping, holds onto the finger of the world's tallest man, Sultan Kösen, at the launch of the Guinness World Records live roadshow in Istanbul, on Thursday. In January 2007, he was invited to take part in a TV programme in Tokyo and has since become an internet icon.
